Poor service.Frame broke in 3 weeks and no exchange or refund.
Worst Service, I’ve ever faced. I bought a Ray Ban Frame by Paying 6000 + Taxes from LENSKART, Camac Street, Kolkata store. And after purchasing, within 3 Months the Temple Spring got damaged. And Exchange is so far, they even refused to repair also.Rather they said If I want to repair, the full risk is mine, if something will happen during the repairing process, then they wont take any Responsibility.
If this is the after sales service of so called big brand named “LENSKART”, then I’m really scared to visit their store in future. And will make sure to convey my experience with all my family members, friends, colleagues an even in the Social networking sites also.
This is happend no company is taking any responsiblity of accedantel damag.
Even a solid thick iron rod can be broken.that is only frame.
I had bought frames from Lenskart in May 2015. The frames and lens were defective which were taken back in July 2015 but again the replaced frames and lens were defective. The replacements happened many times from then till Sept 2015 but all frames and lens were incorrectly made. In Sep 2015 they, one Mr.Satish, advised that I should upgrade to more expensive Lens as they would be best suited for me. The frames and lens sent in September also were useless. The same were taken back 15 days back on 14 Oct 2015 by one Mr. Rohit with the assurance that the same will be corrected and sent back with in 4 days. I have contacted lenskart everyday and all I get are empty promises. The same have not bee delivered till date and no one answers the phone as well. I have paid more than Rs.10000 but have got nothing in return except headaches. Lenskart is a thief. Order no.1203593549
Pathetic service
I still have not received the Product (Order #1204035043) and its been more than 15 days. Courier boy did not delivered the product to my residence.
I did respond the call. Please deliver the product by today.
Also I am not happy with the support of chat representative. Representative promised that I will get a call or mail confirmation on delivery status but I did not get any till now. They keep disconnecting the chat. They do not know how to deal with customer. they make commitment and never fullfil. They will keep sending mail stating “We will escalate” but nothing happens.
Ticket gets closed without customer’s confirmation.
Please the Lenskart Escalation Matrix. I need to escalate this.
Support Team, Logistics Team and Courier partner are a big disaster.

I bought your Product just weeks back.. And trust me within 1 day i found the product was not fulfilled spectacles may be brand name one looks good but quality os just low. Really no words to say.. I have returned and to get the replacement i have to wait 1 week tine again.. So if you as a customer pays 3k for spectacles and found faulty.. Will you be satisfied.. Please i have written a mail to your CRM.. Please have this checed by your team memvers abd get it resolved asap.

pathetic service is the word i have for you. No promise kept. I bought a frame on first week of JULY 2016 and immediately placed a return request. Till now courier havent picked it up . The support team after 20 days advises me to go to Bluedart and return the same.

I ordered pair of glasses on 16th July in GIP, Noida store in Person and paid full amount in advance. Order number is 1205286183.
Specs models are VC 5239 & VC 6972.
We received 01 packet from lenskart and opened after 2 days of delivery as I was out of town on business trip.
I found 2 cases inside however was surprised( read Shocked) to see that 1 case was empty. I only received VC 5239 model( red).
I complained next day morning to your call centre and was assured within 24-48 hrs, I will get call back with resolution. Since then , I am just following it up and each time get same answer, We will get back to you in 24-48 hrs..I also called multiple times the store spoke to Ashish, got assurance for call same day..No call back. As I am the sufferer , I gave multiple calls again and again though till this time no solution. Spoke to Amit( Store incharge) who is saying that its their internal case and have been escalated including CEO and they will come back on Monday as Sat and Sunday nothing happens..
Really shocked to receive this kind of service from much hyped lenskart.
Seems I have lost my money for 1 glass with them.
Will somebody RESPONSIBLE ( if any) from lenskart take action and send my glasses URGENTLY and keep doing internal investigation.

Very worst services from lenskart. Seems to get fake frame and glass. I have spent 5000 and with 2 momths frame was damaged, colored changes and spot in glass. Contacted support for replacing and now they are passing time for more than 1 month. Nothing happeNed.

I purchased a vogue glasses and i didn’t like it and wanted to return it, they have taken it and i haven’t received my money back.
I am really pissed from your service and Iam not going to recommend lenskart to anyone. Such pathetic and unprofessional service.
Is there any manager or some who can solve the issue immediately, I’m really amazed that to check with warehouse that the product has been received or not it takes 3 weeks time. ZERO customer satisfaction really.

This is how you guys handle your customer queries!!!..Something that can be sorted in less time is taking so long. Of course the customers will be rude to you. You are expert in testing someone’s patience level. It’s a harassment that you do, a torture that every customer has to go through. Defectice frame sold to us…we only realised a month later…the store guys agreed and said that they would replace. But that there is so similar frame, so they cant help it. Mails , phone calls to customer support has not been of any help either.
Wish we had gone to Titan.
These people are here to cheat people & make money.
