2nd Reminder 25days gone but Payment not received.

Dear Vijay ji Ceo
I purchased WESTON 140 cm 4K (Ultra HD) Tv (HSN Code 8528) on 03.10.2017 & my order ID is 3907842225.
I found the remote of TV was not working also the picture quality was not upto 4K as I was expecting, due to the reasons I had to return the TV . For that I called at customer care for refund they told me to send the TV back at your own cost & further they will start the process for refund.
I sent the Tv via Trackon prime courior with consignment no. 6916620 on 10.10.2017.
Courier is received on 12.10.2017 at your facility but till date there is no communication from your side also I have not received any refund.
Kindly initiate the refund process at earliest so that I may purchase another TV.

Defective AC send by paytm on 25/04/17 (order no.3086596397), several times I have complained, they replied by mail on 27/04, 30/04, 01/05, 02/05 that our team is working within 48-72 hours resolve it but till today 03/05 nobody came. So, my request kindly solve the matter as early as possible. I have purchased product from paytm above 2 years but never face this type of difficulty before. Hope we get best service from you. Thanks.

Really pathetic customer service!! Have been trying for wallet upgrade. Everytime get a message “your ticket is raised successfully”..then get an email the next day that we have not received your request..please raise it again!!!

They do not reply of mail. Very poor customer service.
