Worst service … once money paid . Even not care about consumer. Don’t get product back and refund money. Just demanding time and time, All time same reply from team.

Defectice frame sold to us…we only realised a month later…the store guys agreed and said that they would replace. But that there is so similar frame, so they cant help it. Mails , phone calls to customer support has not been of any help either.

Wish we had gone to Titan.

These people are here to cheat people & make money.

And I am not sorry to say so.

Mr.peyush bansal ur very good company is loosing fame due to some employee who just play game with eachother n dont know work.I bet ur dream to take over titan will break soon as most of ur descent employee will leave because u put some ridiculous employee as manager ,area manager n zonal manager.. N thr name r shalini cp store manager , brijesh n mohit arora .these guyz destroying ur company image by playing games btw employee.. This is sad that a nice growing company hire such type of people. Anytime anyone will do FIR against them n company hope u know labour law .
